Because this resort often sells out months in advance, we have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few important deadline dates that we ask you take note of:


























If you are planning to attend our celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While we have set aside 45 rooms at the resort for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam Sanchez at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

THE INITIAL ROOM RESERVATION DEPOSIT IS A FLAT FEE OF $300 PER ROOM AND SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY JUNE 20, 2025   

WHEN YOU SUBMIT A RESERVATION REQUEST, THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR INVOICE BEING SENT TO YOU, OTHERWISE THE RESERVATION WILL AUTO-CANCEL AND A NEW RESERVATION REQUEST WILL BE REQUIRED.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ADD TRAVEL INSURANCE AND/OR FLIGHTS, THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT WILL INCREASE.

THE SECOND DEPOSIT IS 20% OF EACH ROOM RESERVATION BALANCE AND IT IS DUE BY NOVEMBER 15, 2025.

- THE THIRD DEPOSIT IS 40% OF EACH ROOM RESERVATION BALANCE AND IT IS DUE BY JANUARY 30, 2026.

- ALL FINAL BALANCES ON EACH ROOM RESERVATION ARE DUE BY APRIL 6, 2026.
